Calgary, October 6, 2008 - Acceleware Corp. (the “Corporation” or “Acceleware”) (TSX-V: AXE) announced today that Sean Krakiwsky has resigned as a Director and adviser of the Corporation effective immediately.
 

The Board of Directors of the Corporation wish to thank Mr. Krakiwsky for the pivotal role he played in the creation of Acceleware and in its subsequent emergence as a leading provider of high performance computing software in select vertical markets. “Sean Krakiwsky’s dedication and efforts in building Acceleware from the concept phase to that of a commercial enterprise are deeply appreciated” said Bohdan Romaniuk, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
